  • Product availability is subject to change based on stock, seasonal harvest, or raw material availability.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations and supply changes.
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled after processing.
  • Bulk or custom orders may require advance payment or a non-refundable deposit.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics, or unforeseen delays.
  • VIP FOODS is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or natural events.
  • Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable items such as vegetables, fruits, and freshly prepared snacks are non-returnable.
  • Return or exchange of pickles and spices is only allowed if the product is found damaged, expired, or tampered with upon delivery.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh only.
